MarKing Equipment and Engraving Limited ships to addresses within Canada.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates for orders placed online are as follows:

$6.50 - Shipping within the provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

$9.00 - Shipping within the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Yukon.

If you are local, pick is always FREE! Please select "Pick up at MarKing" option. Pick ups are available at the end of the business day.

Order Processing Times

Shipping "Purolator" option:

Orders are manufactured and shipped on business days only. Orders placed with credit card payment* before our "same day" shipping cut-off time of 10:00am EST will be shipped same day** Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following day (Friday orders after cut-off will be shipped the following Monday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship your parcel by Purolator®.
Purolator guarantees delivery to many urban destinations in Canada by the end of day the next business day.

*Orders not processed with a credit card online may result in not shipping same day as we cannot ship out without approved credit card payment. If you did not pay by credit card, we will call when ready to ship to receive your credit card information, once credit card approval is done, we then ship your order to you. 

 **some restrictions may apply on certain items, such as large quantity or a special order may not qualify for same day shipping.

 

Shipping "Pick up at MarKing" option:

Orders are manufactured on business days only. Orders placed before our "same day" pick up cut-off time of 10:00am EST will be available same day** Monday to Friday AFTER 3:00pm. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following day (Friday orders after cut-off will be shipped the following Monday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You are not obligated to pick up same day, you may come next day or another day at your convenience. We are open M-F 8:30am-4:30pm EST.

Shipping Restrictions

For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

 

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

Currently you cannot send items within a single order to different locations. If you are ordering products to send to different shipping addresses you need to place separate orders.

 

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we cannot redirect orders once items have been shipped.

 

Return Policy

We apologize if you have received an incorrect item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible. All items will be verified before any actions are taken in these matters.

Please review your order and confirm that it is correct before submitting it to us. Your order is specifically made for you, and therefore MarKing Equipment and Engraving Limited cannot accept returns or refunds of personalized or customized products if the dissatisfaction is not due to an error by MarKing Equipment and Engraving Limited. For instance, we cannot refund personalized or customized products if the quality issue is due to typographical errors, misspelled words or name, incorrect grammar, unfinished text, sizing errors - either character height or overall size (our online program allows a PDF proof before ordering), or other information provided by the user.

Any special orders that are reconfigured or retrofitted are NOT eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer warranties on products in the following cases:
For any damage caused by re-inking our stamps with incorrect ink, or ink purchased from another company on our Trodat stamps (printy, professional lines), Traditional rubber stamps, pre-inked stamps, flash stamps (FastLight and Maxlight) and Colop stamps (printer and heavy duty lines).

Errors must be reported to MarKing Equipment and Engraving Limited within 4 business days after receipt of your order.

NOTE:  MarKing Equipment and Engraving Limited reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed fraudulent, inappropriate for language, content or material.
